We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. 


  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, including company events 
  • Booking travel and accommodation for staff when required 
  • Manage office supplies 
  • Day to day point of contact for maintenance contracts at our Head Office 
  • Update and maintain office policies as necessary 
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment 
  • Coordinate the review and management of company insurance policies to ensure relevancy to business needs  
  • Provide general support to visitors 
  • Exploring and executing on projects that will improve how we work and interact with each other in the office: 
  • Explore unstaffed reception feasibility 
  • Map out how we work flexibly across multiple facilities – How we hot desk, book desks etc..., how we best utilise the space that we have 
  • Investigate how we can improve of vehicle management – Tracking bookings, vehicle availability, required maintenance 


We think you’ll need the following skills / experience to succeed: 

  • Strong IT proficiency (MS Office) 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects concurrently 
  • Fantastic communicator – You'll interface with pretty much everyone at the company, from Administrators to Exec. You’ll be comfortable engaging with everyone 
  • A creative mind with the ability to spot better ways of doing things 
  • Able to deal with shifting priorities; we’re an agile start-up and we all need to be flexible 


Bonus points will be awarded if you have: 

  • Introduced new systems to improve efficiency (sign-in app, vehicle management, purchasing etc...) 
  • Managed an indirect procurement budget 
  • Planned large company events 
  • Dealt with export requirements – We will be delivering demonstrations of our technology internationally 


  • Salary of up to £40,000 p.a.

This role is advertised as full-time but we want to hire the best person and would therefore consider part-time options.
